Silks Beginner (Level 1 and 2)

About this event

Perfect for first-time aerialists—no experience required. This class focuses on learning the fundamentals of aerial silks, including basic climbs, wraps, foot locks, and beginner-level poses, while building strength, coordination, and confidence in the air. Classes move at a supportive pace with safety-focused instruction and modifications for all bodies. What to wear: leggings that cover the backs of the knees, a fitted top that covers the midsection, and no jewelry or lotion. This class is required before advancing to higher-level silks classes.
