Pole Dance Level 3 and 4

About this event

Pole Level 3–4 is designed for students ready to take their skills into the air and link movements with confidence and control. This level focuses on strength, technique, and fluid transitions. Prerequisites A solid, controlled inversion, layback, and leg hang are required. What You’ll Learn Students will work on advanced aerial tricks, dynamic transitions, and longer combos that challenge strength, coordination, and flow. Emphasis is placed on clean technique, safe progressions, and developing personal style while building endurance for sustained aerial work.
