- ➤ Family Promise of Lubbock launched its Reach for the Stars campaign to expand homeless family support; the group plans to renovate a new 8,657 sqft facility (with 13 private units, case management offices, and multipurpose rooms) purchased Sept. 5 with City HOME-ARP grant funding to better meet community needs.
