- ➤ Two Lubbock financial advisors are under investigation for allegedly orchestrating a Ponzi scheme through Ferrum Capital, resulting in significant losses for numerous investors. KCBD
- ➤ One person was seriously injured in a shooting on the 1900 block of 27th St. in central Lubbock, with police responding to the incident. FOX34
- ➤ In Lubbock, Texas, David Garcia was sentenced to 45 years in prison for the death of a 2-month-old and firing at police during a standoff. KCBD
- ➤ A Lubbock police officer and a suspect sustained minor injuries following a vehicle chase that concluded with a crash. FOX34
