EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Volunteers from Texas Tech and United Way visited fourth and fifth grade classrooms Tuesday to promote STEM literacy through the Read Like a BOSS event (Book of STEM Skills). The program featured storytelling and a hands-on car design activity to engage students and families in learning. KCBD
- ➤ Monterey High School is asking for donations of gently used formal attire (including dresses, shoes and accessories for female students and formal wear for male students) for its special education prom scheduled for Thursday, May 14. KCBD
