- ➤ Lubbock Fire Rescue began using a new dispatch system called Pheonix G2 that has shortened response times by 15—20 seconds per call by automating tasks that dispatchers used to do manually. The fire service has installed it in three stations and will complete installation in all 20 stations by this fall. KLBK
