LifeGift’s HopeFest— a free, family-friendly event honoring organ, eye, and tissue donors with softball tournaments, free ballpark lunch, interactive tours, and fun activities— is set for today at the Texas Tech University Recreational Softball Fields to boost awareness for donor registration.

Phase 1 repairs are scheduled for Aug. 11-13 from 19th to 10th Street and phase 2 for Aug. 17-18 from 10th to 4th, with FM 179 closed during work (weather permitting).
