- ➤ Three judges are reviewing a mid-decade redistricting plan in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas—some say it is racially biased while others see it as purely partisan—and attorneys will present cases for nine days before the panel decides which map will be used for the 2026 midterm elections.
