- ➤ Texas Tech President Lawrence Schovenec announced in an email that final exams on Dec. 6 will be shifted to avoid conflicting with the Big 12 Championship game kicking off at 11 a.m. at AT&T Stadium in Arlington — the Office of the Provost will soon provide guidance to instructors. - ➤ Xcel Energy has partnered with Pano AI to install 57 AI-powered cameras in the South Plains and Panhandle to help first responders spot wildfires early. The cameras—mounted on towers to provide a 360 degree view—are part of the Texas System Resiliency Plan, and Xcel will add 68 more units next year. FOX34
