- ➤ Otto’s Granary, a well-known Lubbock store since 1981 that sells chocolates, coffee, teas and gifts, will re-open soon at a new location in Rockridge Plaza on 82nd and Slide Road—store officials aim to open by early December. The business closed its prior location off the Marsha Sharp Freeway this Spring and will return with a fresh look for local customers. KKAM

- ➤ Lubbock business owner Jennifer Garza—of CBD American Shaman—said the new federal law banning hemp products with more than 0.4 mg THC will force her store to close and may force her family to move if Congress does not reverse the rule by next November. - ➤ Fuel prices have stayed steady in Texas as of November 20 — the statewide average for regular unleaded is $2.70 while Lubbock drivers pay $2.43 per gallon, below the national rate.
