Experience the benefits of waking up to yoga as you stretch your body, awaken your mind, and fuel your spirit! This class is similar to our Heated Soul Flow; except it's during the Sunrise and 60 minutes in length! You'll leave feeling ready and energized to flow through your day! **To support a focused and grounded practice for everyone, doors will be locked 5 minutes after class starts. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early.
