About this event
Focused Flexibility is a stretch-based class designed to improve flexibility, pliability, and overall mobility. Students use a variety of stretching methods, gentle strengthening, and mobility work to safely increase range of motion and ease of movement. The class emphasizes body awareness, proper alignment, and relaxed, mindful stretching, making it an excellent complement to aerial, dance, and martial arts training. Suitable for all levels.
