The Copper Caboose, a well-known Lubbock restaurant for Monday Night Football and Tex-Mex, suddenly closed when workers found its doors locked and no official reason was given.

A source said a full staff change might be behind the closure and the restaurant could reopen soon—leaving many questions among the community.
