- ➤ Today, culinary arts and floral design teams from Lubbock ISD compete at the Holiday Expo held at three Market Street locations from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. They show holiday recipes and decorations — with voters choosing the best display and awarding a $1K prize, custom chef coats, and floral aprons — giving the winning district bragging rights for the next year.
