ECHO West Texas will host a gingerbread festival on December 16 from 4 to 9 p.m. at the Lubbock Civic Center to raise funds for families experiencing homelessness—ticket purchases directly support its mission and the event will feature a gingerbread house contest, Pancakes with Santa, and a holiday market.
